Pilates Sculpt class is a fast paced full body workout designed to specifically work the deep musculature of the body. These muscles stabilize and lengthen the body creating excellent posture and a long, lean functional frame. Extra emphasis is placed on proper alignment of the spine, engagement of the core and most importantly, posture, as muscle specific exercises are executed with light hand weights, small fitness balls, elastic tubing, and or of course, one's own body weight. Balance work, flexibility training and fundamental fitness moves such as planks, squats, bicep curls and lateral raises are worked with a flavor of PILATES. But you do not have to have a background in any of these disciplines to take this class.
A 45 minute flowing sequence of slow paced Yoga /Pilates inspired exercises from standing to mat work. Lengthen and strengthen your muscles as well as relax and restore your body from intense training.
Lay the foundation for a stronger, more resilient body with B Strong. This foundational strength class focuses on essential strength exercises to build muscle, improve posture and increase all over functional strength. Using a variety of equipment you'll target major muscle groups with squats, lunges, presses and more. B Strong is perfect if you are new to strength training or looking to refine your technique.
A 30 minute class – short and sharp - which focuses on building cardiovascular endurance. This circuit style class features both body weight exercises and cardio intervals.
If you like to get your sweat on and your heart rate up, this class is up your alley.

With small group fitness training, people get a superior workout experience while building relationships with the trainer and your fellow community members that help to increase personal accountability -- so they have fun and stick with it.
Each session accommodates up to a maximum of 6 so Balance coaches are able to tailor training to each individual’s needs We’ll take the time to make adjustments, improve technique, answer questions, and provide the motivation that people need to keep coming back and achieve their goals.

45 minutes of Strength and Conditioning circuit training. This involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.

It might seem counterintuitive, but the recovery period between workouts is just as important as the workouts themselves! Exercise produces inflammation in the body and can put the body in a state of fight or flight. Recovery helps clear inflammation, promote fresh blood supply and puts the body into rest and digest. Susan will utilize foam rollers, stretch straps, trigger point balls as well as assisted stretching to help you bounce back between workouts and feel less muscle soreness and fatigue.

A 45-minute class mixing pilates, light dumbbells, and ankle weights, with heat added to our gently heated downstairs studio. This workout will use low resistance with high repetitions of complex movements. This class is moderate to high intensity but with zero to minimal impact, an excellent way to get a full body workout before you take on your day.
